When I first began this business, more than a decade ago, I was incredibly lucky in that I already had a reliable customer base of builders who wanted to work with me so I've never had to advertise. Thankfully most of those original builders are still working with me today. I've always been proud of the faith they have shown in me and remain determined to do a good job for them and their clients.
Prior to starting this business I'd spent many years working between sites and a design office. I'd worked on many thousands of projects and I'd seen first hand the frustrations and problems that builders face when when the plans lacked detail, or were poorly thought through or just wrong. It always surprised me how often that was the case. I wanted to be better.
Now, having worked closely with great builders for many years, I have a refined process and a huge library of reliable details from which to develop loft and extension designs that look great and are practical to build.
